What Is On Your Mind?
We had a nice, friendly company for many years. But from the first presentation made by our new leader, some of us got the idea that now, we had something different than it was. Jim was disorganized but very competent. John is something else.
Is it better, or worse, or about the same?
For many, our company has become a less friendly place as the newcomers were brought in. How are the newcomers doing? Are they better, worse, or about the same as the first management? Or are they less competent than their predecessors?
Please feel free to sound off without fear of reprisal. If you find this space and are a supporter of the current management, please feel free to sound off with your views also.

This is going to be fun. I hardly know where to start. let me think about this and I will be back.
I'm glad I died when I did. I would have hated working for John. He is dishonest. Does anyone know if the new shop is going to be named after me like the old one was?
Mark left because Jim promised him about 30% of the company when he joined Jim. Later, as the company grew, Jim cut Mark's share by about half. Mark was angry and quit.
I think you are taking a great risk by trusting John. He has an agenda and wants to hear nothing that goes counter to what he wants to hear. No, I don't trust him.
Unlike Jim, Neutron John is ridding himself of anyone over 55. There is not much you can do about it except wait for he or one of his henchmen like the HR guy to come around and "ask you to leave." If you think you can impress him with your excellence, think again. He seems dedicated to promoting dim lights, perhaps in order to boost himself. Some people think that is stupid management, but we have known for years that stupid is something that was often celebrated within Neutron Jack's company where Neutron John came from. That kind of stupid management at Neutron Jack's old company was what enabled our company to successfully grow. This link will take you to an interesting article and further links to sites where other companies are seeking to hire the expertise that our resident dim bulb, Neutron John is discarding: http://www.computerworld.com/action/article.do?command=viewArticleBasic&articleId=9001572&source=topread

How is your salary doing? Our fearless leader is doing fine. He makes over $400,000/year. I have had no raise for over 3-years. How about you?
Jim promised me a 50% share in the profits of the business I developed for him. After a few years, my part of the business started making money--a lot of money. Jim started charging unexplained expenses against my P&L and in short order I could see that he intended to change the deal we made when we began our relationship. I became very unhappy and left.
My salary has not been raised since 2002. That is 4 years and no raise!
Moving into the new shop building was hot and tiring. Some of us had not been able to get much sleep after the storms knocked out our power for days. Never mind. We had to move. What a thrill. They got rid of Ray, but he was 65 and it was time for him to leave.
We spend so much time searching for huge projects we may not be able to do that we miss a lot of smaller projects that have always made us money. I think John is not as talented as he thinks he is. Does anyone know if Leo has ever made any money for us?
The only reason I get up in the morning and go to the office is that I need the money. Does anyone have any ideas how to improve the dismal environment?
Frank, you are not missing anything. The guy you would be working for now would not tolerate your antics.
I have always thought Leo is a bigmouth. If he has produced anything but confustion I don't know what it is. He irritates me.
Does anyone know if H is watching John closely? I hope they are, maybe we can be rid of him soon.
